Timing: August – October 2026

Synovus debit card holders should receive their new Pinnacle Visa® Debit Card by the end of October. This new card replaces your current one and is ready to use as soon as you activate it. While the look of your card is changing, most of what you rely on every day stays the same.

A new card design reflecting our new brand Your checking account
A new expiration date Your debit card access and everyday use
A new three-digit card verification value (CVV) on the back of the card Your digital banking experience

Important for digital wallet users: Your debit card will continue to work as it does today. If you'd like the new Pinnacle card image to appear in your digital wallet, you'll need to remove and re-add your card. Once you activate your new card, your updated expiration date and CVV will automatically sync to your digital wallet.
