Beginning October 5, 2026, you'll begin seeing the Pinnacle brand.

While our name is changing, your mortgage account is not. Your loan number, mortgage details, account access, servicing and the team you work with will remain the same. You'll see the Pinnacle brand on mortgage statements, tax forms, your online servicing portal and other communications. You may still see the Synovus name in some places until conversion is complete in 2027.
